Armistead Gardens is an existing elementary/middle school located in Baltimore, MD. 

Scope of Work

Kim Engineering (KIM) provided boundary, topography and existing utility surveys and geotechnical investigation for building stormwater and geothermal well design. KIM lead the civil design and coordinated with the design team and Baltimore City Public Schools to provide schematic, design development, and construction drawings for the 91,280 gross square foot (gsf) addition and 63,105 gsf renovation of the existing school. The civil plans included site and grading, pavement and striping, storm drain, water and sewer design, forest conservation, sediment control and stormwater management.
