Brooke Grove is a 220-acre Retirement Village Campus located in Sandy Spring Maryland. 

Scope of Work

KIM's scope involved site layout, parking lot and pedestrian circulation, site landscaping including landscape design for 16 microbioretention and landscape infiltration facilities. Kim Engineering worked with the client, site construction manager and architect to coordinate pedestrian and vehicular site circulation, loading and determined how to maintain use of the existing facility during construction. KIM is currently working on the next phase of development which includes 120 Independent living and villa units to take this project from entitlements through construction.
