Scope of Work: 

Kim Engineering (KIM) provided civil engineering services for the proposed project of a new 2-story medical office building and parking lot, as well as a bike path and sidewalk. KIM prepared the Natural Resources Inventory, preliminary plan, stormwater management concept plan, tree save plan, offsite forest conservation and invasive species control plan, sight distance plan and fire access plan. This project includes coordination with various public agencies for offsite improvements.
