Scope of Work:

Kim Engineering (KIM) was reponsible for the preliminary and final site layout and grading of a 54-unit residential community, which involved preserving the existing assisted living facility which was located in the center of the site. KIM prepared the necessary plans and obtained permits from the Montgomery County Department of Permitting Services, the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission and the Maryland State Highway Administration.
