Project

New Home Baptist Church is an existing church located in Lanham, Maryland. 

Scope of Work: 

Kim Engineering (KIM) worked with church representatives to obtain approval from M-NCPPC for and offsite parking lot with 157 spaces. KIM provided site grading, sediment control, stormwater management and tree conservation plans for this project. This project involved obtaining plan approval and permits from the MSHA for storm drain, paving and stormwater management.
