Project

The OBGC is a 118-acre recreational facility located in Olney, Maryland. 

Scope of Work: 

Ms. Carpenter worked closely with the owner and project architect to prepare engineering drawings to renovate the existing Falling Green historic building to provide new offices for the OBGC. The plans included site grading, landscape plans, storm water management, sediment control and utility connections. The challenge on this site was to provide the required parking with accessible access while preserving the historic character of the site. Kim Engineering provided design plans for the waterline extension to serve a remote restroom facility.
