Scope of Work: 

Kim Engineering (KIM) prepared the water line, storm drain, and conduit design for the mixed-use development. The water line design consisted of approximately 700 linear feet of a 16" water main and appurtenances along Atlas Street, West Peninsula Drive, and East Cromwell Street. The storm drain design was sized for both the interim condition and the final build out of the development. The conduit was designed to be in accordance with the local standards and required coordination with BGE and Comcast to confirm conduit sizing. KIM met biweekly with the design team to ensure the plans were complete, accurate, and met the client's and agency needs and design requirements.
